Turns out that if you have the game yourself, you will not get the shared dlc, but as long as you DO NOT have the game yourself, you will get all of their dlc It's because the dlc is binded to the account that owns it and anyone that shares their copy, since you dont own the game and you're using 'their' copy, the dlc is able to be downloaded.
